Saturday, May 5th, 2006 - COPNE PN Educator
Workshop
Exhibit space opens at 8:00 a.m. and will remain
open until 9:00 a.m. Exhibit space will
be open during the morning and afternoon breaks
and during lunch. Additionally, exhibitors
are invited to staff their booths at the end
of the educational seminar from 4:00 - 5:00
p.m. Cost for standard booth space is
$200.00, Double Booth Premium space is
$300.00.
Sunday, May 6th, 2006 - General Education
Sessions
Exhibit space is open from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00
a.m., during morning and afternoon breaks and
during lunch. Exhibitors are invited to
staff their booths from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. for
post event marketing. Cost for standard
booth space is $125.00, Double Booth Premium
space is $175.00.
Monday, May 7th, 2006 -
Student Day & General Education Session
Exhibit space is open from 7:00
a.m. - 9:00 a.m., during the morning and afternoon
breaks and during lunch. Exhibitors are
invited to staff their booths from 4:00 - 5:00
p.m. for post event marketing. Cost for
standard booth space is $150.00, Double Booth
Premium space is $200.00.
An evening opportunity is available
to exhibitors during the state night activities. Hours
are 7:00 p.m. until...
Tuesday, May 8th, 2006 -
General Education & Business Sessions
Exhibit space is open from 7:00
- 9:00 a.m., during the morning and afternnon
breaks and during lunch. Exhibitors are
invited to staff their booths from 4:00 - 5:00
p.m. for post event marketing. Cost for
standard booth space is $125.00, Double Booth
Premium space is $175.00.
A 10% discount is available to organizations
exhibiting two days. A 20% discount is available
to organizations exhibiting all four days.
Exhibitor Promotional and Other Benefits
All exhibitors will receive the following promotional
and other benefits in appreciation of their financial
support of our events:
- 1/4 page ad per exhibit day in the NAPNES
Workbook distributed to all attendees (example,
if you exhibit one day you get 1/4 page ad,
if you exhibit 2 days, 1/2 page ad, etc.)
- Classified ad in the Journal of Practical
Nursing for one full year
- Link to your corporated website on NAPNES
website
- Payment is fully tax deductible
- Build good will with the more than 1,000,000
LP/VNs, student practical nurses and practical
nurse educators.
