Registration fees are based on two factors: membership and registration date as shown on the registration form. Early bird registration fees apply to registrations postmarked or faxed on or before 4/15/2007. Early registration is strongly recommended, as seating may be limited! Registration fees include: full day workshop, workbook, refreshments, CE certificate (Continuing Education Hours pending approval). When registering for individual days, lunch and banquet tickets are not included but can be purchased for an additional price.

Additional Registration Policies and Information

1. Cancellations & Refunds
   1. Cancellations received before 3/01/07 will be given a 100% refund less $50.00 per participant processing fee.
   2. Cancellations received after 3/15/07 and before 3/30/07 will received a 50% refund
   3. Cancellations after 3/30/07 will not be refunded
2. Membership
   1. Participants may join NAPNES and/or COPNE prior to the event and take advantage of member discounts. Submit membership application with registration form along with appropriate membership dues (NAPNES $75.00 per person, COPNE $50.00 per member, Students $25.00 per member, Agency $100.00 per membership). You must be a member of NAPNES in order to join COPNE.
   2. Participants may join NAPNES and/or COPNE at the event, however member discounts will not be offered.
3. Special Services
   1. Participants requiring special services should contact NAPNES at least 10 days prior to the convention.
   2. Registration Fees do not include, air, ground or rail transportation. Tips and gratuities not included.
