The program will prove to be one of the most important and influential conventions in many years.  The theme "Quality Nursing Care is a Full Time Commitment" both honors our new President and relates directly to what will be a major focus of the convention and that's the educational and practice standards for LP/VNs in the 21st Century.

The Washington DC Metro area is home to the outstanding District of Columbia Licensed Practical Nurse Association (DCLPNA). There's so much to see and do in the DC Metro Area you may want to stay a couple of extra days to take in all this area has to offer. In fact, this historical area is such a special place, you should consider bringing the whole family.

NAPNES Election 2009

The NAPNES Bylaws provide that elections will take place every two years at the NAPNES Convention.  In order to run for an office, a candidate must consent for his or her name to be placed in nomination.  The Nomination Petition can be downloaded (click here).  Please follow the instructions and e-mail, fax, or mail the completed Petition to NAPNES Headquarters as listed on the form.
