You will have a current membership card (if the card does not say membership, it is not a membership card. Certification Cards are NOT membership cards.)
Your current membership card will have a membership number and an expiration date.

OK, I have determined that I am a current member. Now what?

Mark the ballot as instructed on the ballot – you may copy the page or print a ballot from the website (www.napnes.org) if you don't want to tear it out of the magazine.
Write your membership number on the envelope under your name and address. Please write legibly
Enclose only the marked ballot in an envelope – do not send any other document with the ballot.
Address the envelope exactly as shown below and apply postage:

It is imperative that you place your membership number under your address on the envelope. If you are a LIFE member, simply write “LIFE” below your name as your card will not show your membership number. Your ballot envelope will not be opened at headquarters. Only the membership number will be verified with your name. The ballots will be forwarded to the NAPNES Parliamentarian for counting once the membership is verified. Any ballot without a membership number will be discarded.

Election results will be published on our website and in the Summer JPN.

All members of NAPNES (those people with a membership card and number) are entitled to cast one ballot.
